How Coaching Works
Reaching your goals depends on our mutual effort, commitment and accountability. I’ll be your accountability partner and you’ll be accountable to yourself. Together, we’ll determine your needs by understanding what you want to increase or decrease… we’ll work to uncover the "gaps" between your present state and your desired state. That’s where the work begins. The methods of how we conduct our sessions is secondary to being open and engaged.
Our regular sessions can be by telephone, Skype and/or in person. Although committing to and attending sessions with regularity is required to move forward, we can be flexible as to which communication medium we use. Our flexibility guarantees we can both maintain the mobility our work and lives demand without missing sessions. Coaching sessions range from 45-90 minutes. All depending on the partnership that the coach and client agree to.
I’ve worked with clients for years and for as little as three to six months… the minimum commitment to working with me. The benefits of coaching build over time. Again, it all comes down to commitment.
Who I Work With
I coach clients who want to take responsibility for where they’re going and have a willingness to put in the work to get there. I work with people from all walks of life, but as a woman of color in the corporate world, I find a lot of career women seek me out. Again, whoever you are, if you’re ready to put in the effort to move forward, give me a call.
Along with individuals, I consult/coach to build organizational development strategies and improve team communication and output. I work with team leaders and/or members of the entire team, dependent on your needs. Nothing is cookie cutter. My process includes ongoing, assessment and measurement strategies designed to provide the data needed to quickly adapt the plan (if needed) in real time. Group Coaching
How many times have you said to yourself, I wish I was happier or in another job, or another relationship, or liked my body better, or liked myself better? And then, having had this monologue, once again, did nothing. The truth, and you know this, is that your life really isn’t a movie and that wishing on stars or clicking your heels doesn’t make wishes come true. Wishes are usually very personal. You can open about your dreams and finding steps to making them become your reality.

Diversity Inclusion and Multicultural Corporations
Depending on the challenges or the needs of your organization, the organizational coaching process will develop a dynamic multicultural approach, capitalizing on diversity, to boost company innovation and measurable successes. At the national or international level, the success of an organization coaching process in a multicultural context is measured by a radical increase in company-wide lower level transversal operational cooperation. This increases all levels of responsibility and accountability, while at the same time development of a company-specific "multi-cultural" coherent identity. This corporate cohesiveness creates a strong foundation that helps align the whole system towards reaching organization goals, increasing engagement and improving productivity.
